Very shocking report by someone who is obviously an attention seeker. 

The visit was the most successful any public officer could ever have so much so that when she was ready to leave and sought the Monarch’s consent,  he sent to her to wait for him to present her the esere leaves which he did. 

How more special can anyone be treated.  Let this attention seeker know that the distinguished VC has no time for rubbish and she will not be blackmailed.
