Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon(aka Riceman), multi-millionaire business magnate and Proprietor of Abuja based mega education centre, Pacesetters Academy, is working round the clock to ensure the completion of his palatial country home in Ewohinmi, Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State before the end of the year.
Insiders disclosed that the businessman cum politician, who was one of the trio that stepped down for Governor Godwin Obaseki in the race for the Edo State PDP guber ticket in 2020, is desirous of completing the project not later than December.

Reliable sources say that the massive structure made up of a main building, boys quarter and a multi-purpose hall is built on a large piece of land, almost like a village within another village.
Estimates of how much the construction has taken is in the region of several billions of naira and the project is being handled by multinational construction firm, Julius Berger.
Work on the structure that comprises of a main building, a boys quarter and a multi-purpose hall among many others is going on intermittently.
A look around the premises shows that the main building has six living rooms and an equal number of bedrooms all ensuite. There is also a multi-purpose hall which houses five ICT offices. It can accommodate over 3,000 guests with an equal number of chairs and other furniture.

The last, but not the least section, is the Boys Quarters which among others comprises of three 3 bedrooms flat all ensuite; two bungalows and one 4 bedrooms flat for securitymen attached to the politico.
It was gathered that even as the structure is still under construction it has inadvertently turned to a tourist site as residents troop in to see how work on the acclaimed one-of-its- kind structure is ongoing.
