Going further, he said, “what I will tell people is that when you’re in the Real Estate business ensure that you have somebody that you’re answerable to, somebody you call your mentor. First, have a man of God, your pastor to guide you and tell you things about God because Real Estate is nature created by God.

“You must be patient. Don’t play games with people and their money. Let people to have trust in you. Trust is the key to the success that we have so far achieved in Get Rich Properties.

Speaking on the issue of landgrabbing in Benin, Edegbe said: “If you do business with Get Rich Properties in Benin be assured that you won’t end up getting into a situation where your property will be marked for demolition because it is on Oba’s or the state government’s land.
