Impeccable sources divulged that the easygoing Betsy had arrived with a small retinue of friends and aides at the entrance of the Horatio Marquee Event Centre to join other dignitaries and invited guests for the party slated for the place just some hours after the Thanksgiving programme held inside the state Government House witnessed a funny scenario where Governor Obaseki’s protocol officials prevented his deputy, Comrade Philip Shaibu from interacting with the governor.
