Senator Monday Okpebholo has continued to receive congratulatory messages from well-meaning individuals for emerging as the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Edo State governorship poll in September.
The latest is coming from the Executive Director of Initiative for Youth Awareness on Migration Immigration Development and Reintegration(IYAMIDR), Comrade Solomon Okoduwa, who called on the youths to join the campaign train of Okpebholo.Â
In a congratulatory message signed by the activist, Okoduwa said the senator’s nomination was as a result of his wide acceptance in the party.
Comrade Okoduwa also appreciated the likes of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and many others who supported the free, fair, and credible process that brought the Senator Okpebholo on board.
The former Senior Special Assistant(SSA) to Governor Godwin Obaseki on Anti Human Trafficking Issues, is optimistic that the APC governorship flag bearer will receive state-wide acceptance following his credibility and antecedents.
According to him, “Akpakomiza is a hardworking man, honest, dedicated, result oriented and strategic politician. He deserves to be the next governor of Edo State. Everyone, particularly all the youths should be in the train of Akpakomiza to take Edo to greater heights.”
