The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) has removed the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, from his position as the Chairman of the Edo Governorship Primary Election Committee.
Replacing him is Senator Bassey Otu, the Cross River State Governor, who hitherto was the Vice Chairman of the Committee.
Governor Uzodinma was prominently involved in the mixup that characterised the exercise that was conducted last Saturday leading to the rejection of the outcome as inconclusive and a call been made for a repeat on Thursday, February 22.
