Stop the fake news, Eholor talks on Supreme Court fire

Rights activist and national chieftain of the Labour Party (LP), Chief Patrick Osagie Eholor (aka Ultimate Equals) has faulted the claims that the recent fire outbreak that consumed a part of the Supreme Court was a deliberate act meant to obliterate some of the records pertaining to the case between President Bola Tinubu and Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar.

He stressed that Nigerians are known for loving dramatic stories in such instances as it regards the historic case. He cautioned those who thrive in fuelling such reports to desist from that kind of high drama as it can cause more harm than good.

“It’s time Nigerians do away with horrendous, fake news which only results in hatred and irredeemable damage to innocent individuals who ordinarily know nothing about what they’re wrongfully accused of doing.

“From my investigation, it was learnt that the cause of the fire outbreak may have been as a result of an electric spark caused by a minor incident of power sauge.”

Speaking on the audience the Benin monarch, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare 11, gave to Prof. Oserheimen Osunbor and Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon, two prominent aspirants in the race to the Edo State Government House in 2024, Eholor said it is a welcome development and pleaded with the duo not to fritter with the golden opportunity or turncoat if eventually they get to power.

“The two of them, Professor Oserheimen Osunbor and Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon, are political giants who know what they’re seeking for. They should not lose focus of their mission when they get there.”
