Senator dragged over poor performance in NASS

A civil society leader, Leftist Aimuae-Osa Igbinomwanhia, has dragged the senator representing Edo South Senatorial District in the red chambers of the National Assembly, Neda Imasuen, for “missing in action.”

In a post on social media, Leftist Igbinomwanhia asserted: “We are not feeling your presence/impact in Edo South Senatorial District. Why are you not holding regular meetings with your constituency as prescribed by law?

“Senator Neda Imasuen, present to the good people of Edo South, how have you represented us in the red chamber since you were elected to be their mouthpiece?”

Going further, Leftist Igbinomwanhia challenged Senator Imasuen to present his scorecard as proof of his achievements for the over 18 months he has been in the National Assembly.

“Please avail us physical proof of projects attracted to Edo South, issues deliberated on behalf of the people for the progress of your Senatorial District.

“The passage of time is the reality of time in the future, the struggle continues for self realisation that will give birth to total collective freedom,” the civil society leader submitted.
