A real estate investor and Managing Director, D Prince Builders, Mr. Cyril Omoregie, has crashed the price of land to a pocket friendly price to mark the Easter celebration period in Edo State. He disclosed this when he led Journalists to D Prince Builders City Estate in Uhie Community in Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of the state.
Addressing Journalists, Mr. Omoregie said that Easter is a period of demonstration of love adding that, crashing down the price of a parcel of land is also a way of him showing love to humanity especially in this period. Omoregie said that he has crashed the price of 50 by100 which was hitherto sold for N6 million to N2 million.
“Initially, the price of this estate is N6 million for 50 by100. We are running the Easter Promo and the Easter Promo goes like this. All through this Easter period, we are giving out each 50 by 100 per plot for N2 million. So we are running Easter Promo in all our estates, Benin, Lagos and Abuja.
“It has a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) and a government layout. Everything that you ever need to be comfortable is ever present here. We have a football pitch, we have a lawn tennis court, we have a children playing ground.
“We intend to do the commissioning of the police station in this place on the 15th of this month(March) and it will be done by the Commissioner of Police, Edo State because we want to make the place secured for our buyers.
“We have all this Promo running in all our estates. We have the one at Igbudu at Ekenwan Road, for N890 because of the Easter Promo instead of N1.8 million, ” Omoregie said.
D Prince Builders Managing Director urged Nigerians both home and in the diaspora to leverage on this give-away price and make payment of whatever plots they want to buy while the promo last.
Also speaking, Mr. God’swill Onoruvie also known as Brother Solomon, the brand ambassador of D Prince Builders, said there has never been issues with buying land from the outfit.
“I have been branding for D Prince Builders for many years now and I can tell you that no customer has come to complain. We don’t have issues in all our properties nation wide. We have estate here in Benin, Lagos and in Abuja.
“When you buy anything from us, you are rest assured, no community problem. It is just buy and build and if you don’t want to build, you can buy and resell,” Onoruvie said.
