Engr. Daniel Ossai, the Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, has penned a congratulatory message to Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, the immediate past governor of Delta State on the occasion of his birthday today.
In congratulating the former governor, the PDP scribe stated that his footprints on the sands of time are indelible even as he described him as a game changer who controls the ace in the game of cards.
“My mentor, my indefatigable leader, I am wishing you a very memorable birthday celebration marked in peace, tranquility and good health.
“Your footprints on the sands of time are indelible considering that for years to come your method of impacting positively on the lives of the people of Delta State will remain the yardstick that will be used to gauge the performance of future governors and indeed political office holders in Delta State.
“As a game changer who rose from being a council chairman to becoming a commissioner, Secretary to the State Governor (SSG), senator and finally to governor mark you as a game changer who controls the ace in the game of cards and whose column in the history of the big heart state is assured.
“Sir, I wish you the very best of the day and beyond coupled with long life and prosperity laced with good health even as I hail you ‘well done, Daddy,'” Engr. Ossai submitted.
