“Greetings! Another call to duty. I’m looking forward to working with everyone on this nation-building initiative,” he stated.

The appointed committee, composed of eight distinguished individuals, will serve for an initial period of six months. During this time, they are expected to stabilize the Movement’s structure, develop its operational framework, and mobilize support across Nigeria and the diaspora ahead of a planned national convention.

Other members of the committee include: Moses Uyi Osaretin(Secretary-General), Isaac Olamikan(Director of Media & Publicity), Emmanuel Osayi(Director of Mobilization & Membership), Mrs. Juliet Osayande(Director of Strategy & Policy Development), Mr. Eric Agbonlahor(Financial Secretary/Treasurer), Barrister Pius Ohiwo(Legal Adviser) and Mrs. Daisy Osunde (Director of Socials & Welfare Officer).

The NPPMN Secretariat noted that the appointments were made after careful consideration of each individual’s leadership experience, commitment to civic ideals, and readiness to serve selflessly.

Chief Obaseki, a successful businessman, respected traditional titleholder and community leader, reaffirmed his commitment to a movement that seeks to reawaken Nigeria’s conscience and reshape its leadership culture.

“This is more than a position—it’s a responsibility to champion a better Nigeria. We are here to inspire hope, promote inclusive dialogue, and ensure the people’s voices drive our national agenda.”

The Movement has called on progressives nationwide and in the diaspora to join hands with the Interim Committee in building a truly representative and value-driven platform for change.
