Gunmen kill dozens in Nigeria as US military deployment confirmed

Defence Minister, Christopher Musa, joins APC

Rights activist and President of the One Love Foundation, Chief Patrick Osagie Eholor(aka Ultimate Equals), has described has Nigeria as “a comic book. People have the right to have pump action guns lawfully with valid license when you are above 18 years old.”

In another vein, he showered praises on Nigerians for their solidarity and support “to join the civil society to have a peaceful protest” on Monday.

He also thanked the security agents, especially the police, who were present to safeguard life and property as enshrined in the constitution, adding “we are continuing to press our demand to tell our President Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to use the N500billion to repair our refineries so that the youth can have gainful employment.

“We will endure the pain. The N8,000 will put us in more abject poverty. Finally the N110 billion proposed to buy bulletproof vehicles for senators and house of reps members is totally unacceptable and rejected.”

According to him, “Tinubu government is fighting Emefiele because he prevented them not to use their ill gotten money to buy votes. Emefiele policies were good but the implementations were very bad. I’m not defending him, they are all birds of the same feathers and common enemies of Nigeria’s progress.”
