Austin Edafe Edegbe, MD/CEO Get Rich Global Concept Ltd, a Real Estate and Construction Work company, has appealed to his colleagues in the business to endeavour to work in line with the Edo State Government’s master plan so that the benefits accruing from the business can be enjoyed across board. He made the appeal in a chat recently.

“Just a few days ago, we, in the real estate business in Edo State, had a fruitful roundtable meeting with the Commissioner for Physical Planning, Isoken Omo.

“The meeting was timely. Many real estate developers in the state are not getting it right. The way the Commissioner educated us was an eye opener. Many of the real estate developers in Edo State do not have master plan to guide them in their work. Many of them are not even registered with the state government.

“If you go through the map of the state you will not find some of the estates in Benin. My advice to my colleagues in the real estate business is that they should endeavour to follow the state government guidelines especially with the master plan that the government is working with. If we do the right things we will all benefit from the outcome. Let us register our estates and plans with the Edo State Government.”

Speaking on the opening of a branch of his outfit in the Federal Capital Territory(FCT), Abuja, recently, Edafe said, “it has become imperative that we extend our services to other parts of the country. That is what informed the opening of our office in Abuja which is located between Jabi and Utako areas.

“We are working on a mini estate on Ministers Hill, Maitama, Abuja. Our first project there is four units of terrace duplex. Get Rich will also do a project in Lugbe, before the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport. We will always get the approval of the necessary government ministries, departments and agencies before embarking on any project so that in future our clients will not have their properties destroyed by the authorities.”

He gave a hint that in no distant time Get Rich would extend its services to London, United Kingdom, to ensure that Nigerians living there can boast of owning a decent property.
