Regina Daniel accuses husband, Ned Nwoko of domestic violence
Ned Nwoko claims Regina is an irredeemable Junkie(drug addict)
So yesterday, Nigeria’s troubled social media couple, Ned Nwoko and his young wife, blanketed our social media spaces with a video showing chaos and violence at one of their Abuja homes. Regina was seen crying, screaming that she was being violently assaulted by gangs allegedly sent by Ned Nwoko to terrorize her as she tried to flee the marriage. She accused Ned Nwoko of domestic violence in the marriage. She claimed to be a victim of domestic violence.
In a statement this morning, Ned Nwoko denied being a violent husband, accused his wife of becoming a junkie, dependant on drugs. He said that he only wanted to provide her with drug treatments which she continued to reject. E don cast!
My position:
No man should ever lay his hands on any woman. I always tell my daughters that if any man violently assaulted them, that day would be the man’s last day on earth.
I will never tolerate or celebrate domestic violence.
This matter deep pass wetin all of una dey yarn. Ned may have lost it. Perhaps, the bottled up aggression exploded last night.
Did Regina detonate the bomb in his heart with her recent Youtube nuisance? How would you feel if your wife shows on her YouTube channel, box of money she’s filling up to go spray at the men’s strip club? And when you told her that she’s tarnishing your tarnished reputation further and that people might think he signed up to the foolish infantile contents, you as his wife would begin to abuse him, called him names, told him you were tired of the marriage? Ned Nwoko remains a ‘terrorist’ that I despise. But those were my understanding of what triggered the roforofo.
I want to feel sorry for Regina but it’s hard. She just felt a piece of what my people endured in the hands of now fading Ned Nwoko for many years: Brutal and barbaric abuse. That aged fellow humiliated us, intimidated us, put us in prison, locked us up for years, charged us with terrorism and murder, raided our Kings palace, desecrated our homeland and our ancestral palace yard, had our Royal Highness, Obi Chukwunonso arrested and locked up at midnight, had his vigilante group allegedly killed our Onicha Ugbo hometown water boy and our beloved Okada driver’s body found floating inside his country home swimming pool, allegedly buried a Benue or Plateau man inside his Sports University. He tortured us while Regina glowingly stood beside him as his wife.
So yes, let the chips begin to fall on those evil couple. May the Rehab reject the devil.
