Outcome of the 2024 edition of the Bible Quiz contest for kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years will continue to linger in the memory for many years.
The programme, which was held at the Benin Film Academy premises situated along Airport Road, Benin City, is the brain child of Valiho Osaigbovo Osagie’s Valiho Creation.
It attracted a large crowd of participants whose versatility in Bible quotations and understanding of kingdom messages was a revelation to the audience.
At the end of the electrifying proceedings Iwinosa Treasure Ehimwenma emerged winner carting home the star prize of N50,000 cash. Coming second was Paul Oluwadurotimi Aisida who carted home N30,000 cash. For coming third Chukwumezie David smiled home with a cash prize of N20,000.
Speaking about the contest, the creator, Valiho Osagie, said that what motivated him is the desire to ensure that the children have a better understanding of the words of the Lord and how it can be applied to living.
According to him, the competition is meant to make “the kids grow up yearning for Christ. For them to grow with the Bible and run after the things of God for the betterment of the society. Children are the leaders of tomorrow.”
