Just In: Owan West set for flag off of chairmanship hopeful’s campaign

Sabongidda Ora, the administrative headquarters of Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State, would come alive on Monday, September 29th when Okhiku Esezobor Heman officially flags off his campaign to become Chairman of the Council. 

Venue of the flag off is the All Progressives Congress(APC) Sectetariat with a huge crowd of party faithfuls and well wishers from all around Edo State expected to grace the epoch event which will commence by 10am.

Ahead of the flag off programme notable stakeholders of the party and indeed indigenes of the locality have showered Okhiku with praises describing him in rosy terms. 

According to Concerned Owan People in the Diaspora “Okhiku Esezobor Heman is recognized as a good leader who deeply understands the needs of his people in Owan West LGA, particularly in Iuleha Ora. His leadership is characterized by closeness to the grassroots, indicating a strong connection with the community he serves.

“The Owan people in the diaspora, as well as those within the local government, see the value in having a reliable and community-oriented person like Okhiku Esezobor Heman as Chairman. His understanding of the people’s needs and he grassroots approach make him a suitable candidate for the role.”

In their own estimation, Owan West Vanguard/Youth 4 Good Governance believes that Okhiku “is God sent to all Owan West citizens and he remains our best choice. 

“He is very confident to bring positive change to Owan West LGA. He has great plans for decent infrastructural development, provision of good roads, good sanitation, good pipe borne water, quality education for our youths through scholarship awards and school uniforms, writing materials, excellent security architecture to Owan West people and properties; in order to foster and attract a robust diaspora investment in our productive and fertile Owan West land.”
