The Executive Chairman of the Edo State Sports Commission (ESSC), Desmond Enabulele, has extended heartfelt congratulations to all the incredible women in sports on the occasion of International Women’s Day(IWD).

In his message, Enabulele expressed deep appreciation for the strength, talent, and impactful contributions of women toward the growth of the Edo State Sports Commission.

“Your beautiful and powerful impact in making positive changes is highly appreciated,” he stated.

“I celebrate every woman who has ever made a difference, no matter how big or small. You are valued, you are important, the heroes of your stories, and the change-makers of the world. Your voices matter, your dreams are valid, and your power is superb,” he emphasized.

Enabulele acknowledged the vital role women play in sports and commended them for being virtuous role models for future generations of athletes.

“Together, we will raise the bar and make the sports commission a foremost destination for talent development and excellence,” he added.

He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting women’s participation in sports and ensuring that their contributions are recognized and celebrated.
