“We put in place forensic and DNA tools. The investigations been a tremendous improvement on the usual police investigation.

“Pathologists were involved, forensic scientists were involved, DNA experts were involved. Samples of course we’re taken from the deceased. Samples were equally taken from some of the suspects.

“And we have been able to establish matches between the samples – samples taken from the deceased and samples taken from some of the suspects.

“Apart from confessions and verbal statements we have equally been able to establish scientific evidence that of course are not controvertible. No controversy. You cannot controvert the evidences we have established,” he stated.

Those arrested and still undergoing interrogation in respect of the case Mary Adeh, Tina Samuel, Nosa Osabohien, Collins Ulegbe, Akato Valentine and Nelson Ogbebor. Still on the run is Lucky Boro.
