Help us rescue our daughter, father of missing girl appeals to security agencies

The families of late Pius Osayande has declared their daughter, Miss Sonia Osahenoma Osayande, missing. She was last seen on her way to her place of work at about 8am on the 13th of December, 2023

Her place of work is at Second Youth Layout off Iguomo Road, Off Benin – Agbor Road, Benin City, Edo State, where she work as a Baba Ijebu attendant, at Goshen Garden Estate, Amufi, Benin City.

She is the daughter to veteran journalist, Julius Osahon, of the Guardian Newspaper. She did her secondary school education at Asoro Grammar School, Asoro, Benin City and her OND at Auchi Polytechnic. She read Accountancy and was preparing to go back to do her HND in the same school next year.

Family sources said she left home before 8am on the Wednesday, 13th of December, 2023, and she is yet to return home and her phone switched off since then.

Information also shows that she had her hair short and tinted it golden color. Presently the family has been doing everything to trace her whereabouts and no clue yet.

“We are using this medium to call on the Nigeria Police, security agencies, members of the public to help in getting our daughter back alive. The mother is currently in coma and have not recovered from the shock of her disappearance since two days ago.

“Osahenoma, was a good girl, never slept out when at home, she is quiet, ambitious and her ambition is to be one of the best accountants in Nigeria. Am using this opportunity to call on the security agencies in Nigeria to help us to fish out our daughter and possibly fish out those behind her adoption.”
