Defence Minister, Christopher Musa, joins APC

Information at the disposal of Popular News is that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has packaged the list of his cabinet members(ministers) waiting for onward transmission to the National Assembly(NASS) made up of the Senate and the Federal House of Representatives.

A peak into the list show that the President has kept record with his big love for traditional rulers as he threw up some slots to this eminent group of Nigerians which some prominent members of the sub group had the honour of tipping their nominees for consideration.

Of particular interest it was gathered is that a very revered monarch in the South South geopolitical region had the opportunity of been given the respect to have a favoured son of his kingdom nominated for appointment and the nominee according to reliable sources may be assigned to a juicy ministry where he would be of value to the nation.

Also it was learnt that the immediate past President Muhammadu Buhari was also given the opportunity of getting a ministerial slot to which he is said to have put forward the name of a heavyweight politician of his state of origin, Katsina State.

Also an erstwhile bank chief executive who by whiskers missed nomination to be appointed as a Minister in the past administration will now be given the rare opportunity of putting his much vaunted postulation for putting the economy on a sound footing to test.
