Esama of Benin is an oracle in Real Estate, says realtor

President of Get Rich Properties Global Concept, Austin Edafe Edegbe, has poured encomium on the Esama of Benin Kingdom, High Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, on his 88th birthday celebrations which is coming up in a week’s time for his chains of life impacting achievements.

“To me, Esama of Benin Kingdom, High Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, is the Oracle of Real Estate business. He started Real Estate business while young. He was the one that made us to know that land has value.

“You can imagine a man who invested in 1 – 14 Okada Avenue, Benin City. All the governors that have ruled Edo State have never had the vision of investing in such a large expanse of land/choice property.

“The Esama is a role model in the Real Estate business. He showed us the way to create and get value in the business. We are seizing this opportunity to wish him a happy 88th birthday anniversary which is just around the corner. We promise him a bigger birthday celebration when he clocks 100 years. God has decreed 70 years for humans but the Esama has lived way beyond that.”

Harping on the life changing impacts of the Esama, Edegbe stated that they are too numerous to start counting even as he mentioned that the Igbinedion University, Okada, which is the brainchild of the octogenarian is the first private university in Nigeria.

“Also your vision of setting up a vibrant broadcast outfit, ITV/Radio is worthy of mention especially considering that the station has been instrumental in helping us grow in the Real Estate business.”

On the policy direction of the State Government in real estate under the leadership of Mr. Godwin Obaseki, the realtor said, “landgrabbing use to be the order of the day back in the olden days. The need to address such anomalies was one of the reasons Get Rich Properties was established 12 years ago.

“With the coming of Governor Obaseki who I refer to as ‘the Governor of our time’ gone are the days when you will buy land and it will be taken away from you even before you start building on it. Not only that they start giving you different illegal bills to settle before you’re allowed to build on the land.

“The Governor should be given kudos for his efforts in trying to transform Benin City to an ultramodern city. He has gone ahead to set up a committee to address this hydra headed issue of landgrabbing which over time has given us a bad image.

“The Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare 11, should also be given thanks and praises for his numerous actions in ensuring that landgrabbing is totally eradicated in Benin Kingdom.”
