The Criminal Division of the High Court in Edo State has issued an order of warrant for the arrest of the duo of Uyi Igiebor and Emmanuel Aigbedo over a case of conspiracy and multiple murder.
In a motion ex parte with suit No:B/CD/3246M/2024 brought before the court, the Commissioner of Police(CP) had asked the court for a warrant to arrest the duo over allegations of conspiracy and multiple murder.
The Court having heard from Y. Musa Esq leading 0.T. Musa for the applicant granted the motion ex-parte.
