According to him, just as in the Rastafarian movement, Africa is misconstrued in material context, particularly when the concept of modern development is in contest.
He emphasized the need for Africans to rediscover themselves, to be able to take their pride of place in humanity.

Hon. Agba pointed out that Benin City is most suited to host a revolutionary conversation on Africa rebirth at a time Benin artifacts looted during the invasion of Benin Kingdom by Britain in 1897 are being returned.

Also in attendance at the event was the Honorable Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the Special Guest of Honour and also an awardee, who was represented by Assistant Director, Marketing, NTA Benin Network Centre, Mrs. Alice Ugbe.

Alhaji Mohammed commended the role of reggae music to human development. He observed that reggae music has been very impactful by exposing inequalities and preaching peace and love to mankind.

The Naija Reggae Revival 2022 was organized by the Universal Reggae Fans Movement(URFAM) to commemorate the 41st posthumous celebration of the late legendary reggae artiste, Robert Nesta Marley(aka Bob Marley).
