Mohammed Hayatudeen, who is gunning for the Presidency in 2023 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has promised to lift the fortunes of the country from the pit it has been dumped into what is obtainable in highly successful economies of the world.

He made the pledge when he came on a consultation visit to national delegates of the opposition party from Edo State in preparation for the national primaries/convention slated for 28th and 29th May.

A respected player in the country’s corporate sector, Hayatudeen described the PDP as the largest political party in Africa which accommodates ventilation of ideas from all members.

He asserted that presently the country is so divided that brethren are fighting against brethren “to the point that our common heritage has been completely destroyed and shred into pieces.”

Going forward he stated that access to good living which is taken for granted in other climes is not applicable to Nigeria despite the human and natural resources that we are blessed with.

He promised that if elected as President next year he will immediately engage in finding a lasting solution to insecurity that is a major challenge at the moment.

Hayatudeen stressed that he has garnered enough experience in his long years of experience in the corporate that will stand him in good stead to handle with ease all the problems that Nigeria is facing.
