Comrade Chris Ovie, Managing Director(MD), Celebrity Festival, President, National Association of Postgraduate Students, UNIBEN and Director General, Center for Community Health and Rescue Operations, has celebrated the acclaimed King of Luxury, Prince Julian Osula at 57.
