An ace crime reporter and top security analyst, Comrade HisLegend Kadiri Christopher has warned fraudsters committing crime with the status of Prophet Peter Israel Obaseki to desist from the act with immediate effect.
Speaking at a mini sensitisation of youths programme at the Divine Grace Ministries in Benin City recently, HisLegend Kadiri said, “only a person weak in heart will embark on a fraudulent act. The thinking and productive youth will not find time to think of crime.
“The perpetrators must stop now or will be traced, apprehended and disgraced soon. We are commencing the downing of the fake accounts on Facebook. We shall not rest on our oars because some of the accomplices, if not all, are members of this church and will soon meet their waterloo if they don’t stop now.
“The Policemen from Edo State Police Command apprehended a young man last year who confessed his involvement in duping the unsuspecting publics, using Prophet Peter Israel Obaseki’s name in a forged Facebook page.”
The public has however been advised to ignore any page that runs below 176,000 likes for the main time.
Responding, Prophet Obaseki, the General Overseer,
Divine Grace of Glory Church with the International Headquarters at Idunmwungha Town, after Egba Junction, Off Benin Auchi Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, who was seen in a quiet mood said, “why are they using my name to defraud the innocent public?
“In the year 2021, I was notified by the United States Department of Security and Washington DC Security that I was involved in the criminal activity of defrauding people. I have never defrauded anyone because I know the consequences.”
The process of downing suspected pages and personal profile on Facebook have commenced with the services of HisLegend Kadiri and Osunde Osaigbovo Massy, an aide of the Edo State Governor.
