Kabaka said the need to boycott the rally was the failure to carry the state chairman and the senatorial youth leaders along on the planned rally.

According to the statement, “We are by this notice urging everyone; units, wards and senatorial youth leaders not to attend the rally. The reason for this is because we were not carried along on the planned rally.

“For the avoidance of doubt, anybody who flaunt this directive will be sanctioned.”
