This is a special shout out to Comrade Harrison Agboro for his special recognition for induction into the Faculty of Management Sciences, UNIBEN
Agboro Harrison, a researcher, consultant, academia and green activist is currently the Director of Programs and Communication at the Centre for Sustainable Development, Federal University of Petroleum Resources(FUPRE), Effurun, Delta State Nigeria and Assistant Lecturer at the University of New Haven, Connecticut, United States.
His expertise extends to environmental consultancy, particularly in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) services. He is the driving force behind Greensphere Environmental and Community Development Initiative, a non-profit organization he founded. His commitment to environmental stewardship is evident in his organization of the annual Earth Walk event which align with the United Nations World Environment Day.
He is a Team member of World Bank-Sustainable Urban, Rural, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (SURWASH) Program.
Agboro owns a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Environmental
Science and Resource Management. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Pollution and Control.
He is a Member of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development
He has more than 10 publications on environmental sustainability, natural resource management, and environmental public health.
