As I mark the completion of two years serving as the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, I find myself humbled and deeply honored by the opportunity to serve the resilient people of Delta North and Nigeria at large. This milestone offers a valuable moment to reflect on our shared journey—a journey grounded in unwavering commitment, legislative diligence, grassroots empowerment, and impactful development underpinned by the principles of justice, equity, and progress.

FACILITATING OVER ₦30 BILLION IN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS: THE RENEWED HOPE AGENDA IN ACTION

Aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s visionary Renewed Hope Agenda, I have facilitated over ₦30 billion in impactful projects that are currently transforming the Delta North Senatorial District. These projects reflect a multi-sectoral approach, targeting infrastructural deficits, boosting agricultural productivity, enhancing water resource management, and expanding energy access, all while prioritizing the empowerment of our youth and communities.

WATER RESOURCES AND AGRICULTURAL IRRIGATION

 • The Benin-Owena River Basin Authority Initiative stands as a flagship project featuring the construction of advanced water treatment plants and reticulation systems at the Ogwashi-Uku Dam in Aniocha South.

 • The Idumuje Dam Project in Aniocha North, supported by an investment exceeding ₦7.5 billion, is on track to provide sustainable water management solutions.

 • Expansion of irrigation infrastructure across Delta North, coupled with the distribution of improved seedlings, fertilizers, and modern farming equipment, has empowered thousands of farmers.
