Phinaco Resources holds end of year party amidst funfair

Management of Phinaco Resources held its end of year party yesterday in a grand style at the luxury Luciano Hotel/Club House in Benin City, the Edo State capital.

The party which started at about 4:00pm saw Mr. Eghosa Omoregbee, the Managing Director of Phinaco Resources in company of his heartthrob adorned in well styled attires opened the floor with scintillating dancing steps to the admiration of the attendees.

Mr. Omoregbee who could not hide his excitement during an exclusive interview with our reporter recalled what he called Phinaco Resources humble beginning and the great stride he has recorded since its existence.

“My happiness knows no bound because when I think or remember how I started and look at where l am now, I have enough reasons to be thankful to God,” he continued, “against all odds we grow stronger everyday.”

He emphasized that the landmark achievement he has made in his business is possible because of the cooperation of his amiable wife and lovely children coupled with the unrelenting efforts and doggedness of his entire staff, from administration, account, marketing  transportation and loaders.

“Let me be frank with you, God started by giving me a good wife and lovely children. He crowned it up by giving me good and sound minded staff who will stop at nothing to get their work done. So, I give kudos to the people l just referenced because they made Phinaco Resources to be what it is today. 

“In recognition of this, l decided to take off time out of work to hold this party because, all work without play makes Jack a dull boy. Its a moment to forget about work and refresh ourselves.”

The party which was attended by mostly business moguls from within the state and beyond witnessed lavish treatment of guests with assorted foods and drinks. Highlights of the occasion was giving of awards to deserving staff by the Managing Director.

Miss Ngozi who spoke on behalf of other awardees has this to say, “firstly, we thank  almighty God for His mercy upon our lives. We also thank our Managing Director and his wife for their understanding. Most times we make mistake at work they often correct us politely. 

“We appreciate this award because it will spur us to work more and better. We use this medium to assure management that we will not disappoint the trust it reposed in us. We wish everybody a prosperous new year.”
