Sunday, August 14th, 2022, was a memorable day for distributors of M & R Bakery situated in GRA, Benin City, as they had a thrilling time enjoying sumptuous meals, choice drinks and melodious music even as prizes and gifts were given to them for their dedication to the brand as it celebrated its first anniversary.
On hand to receive the guests was Mercy Osariemen Robinson, the CEO of M & R Conglomerate operators of the bakery.
In a chat Robinson, an event planner by training, said that her establishment of the M & R conglomerate which incorporates a lounge, restaurant, bakery and event planning section, was a product of her desire to bring value to the doorsteps of clients.
She appealed to the government to ensure that the price of materials like flour used in making the bread and diesel needed to power the equipments does not skyrocket as it will always have a multiplier effect on the consumers.
In his own comment and words of encouragement, Dr. Scot Aigbovia, a dedicated customer of the conglomerate, gave kudos to the outfit for its good quality control, consistency and well mannered staff.
“The way the staff attend to customers is awesome and commendable. It is also noticeable that they have upped their game in terms of packaging.”
Going further, he stressed: “This sort of business will boost the economy of Edo State. It is a commendable thing and the investor must be praised. She has done well.”
