President of Get Rich Properties Global Concept, Austin Edafe Edegbe, has given recipe for success in the Real Estate business. He was speaking on the occasion of the company’s 12th year anniversary recently.
“We started Get Rich Properties in 2010. We thank all those who believed in us right from day one. Special thanks to all our staff and also the Pastor of Rock of Ages Christian Assembly, Charles Osazuwa who has been a guiding light and source of inspiration all along.
“I will also thank my role model, Kingsley Ehikioya, CEO of Ehi Kings International for his support and friendship over the years. I am giving kudos to the media organisations that have partnered with us for these 12 years.”
Going further, he said, “what I will tell people is that when you’re in the Real Estate business ensure that you have somebody that you’re answerable to, somebody you call your mentor. First, have a man of God, your pastor to guide you and tell you things about God because Real Estate is nature created by God.
“You must be patient. Don’t play games with people and their money. Let people to have trust in you. Trust is the key to the success that we have so far achieved in Get Rich Properties.
“Now we are in Abuja. We have extended our services to the Federal Capital Territory(FCT). If you want to have a property in Abuja that would not end up being destroyed in the future come and discuss with us. We have a Counsellor in Real Estate business that can guide you.
“Very soon we will open an office in the UK to cater for the needs of Nigerians in Europe. Our intention in setting up this office is to act as counsel and guide to our people over there on how to invest wisely in Real Estate so that they don’t fall into the hands of fraudsters.”
Speaking on the issue of landgrabbing in Benin, Edegbe said: “If you do business with Get Rich Properties in Benin be assured that you won’t end up getting into a situation where your property will be marked for demolition because it is on Oba’s or the state government’s land.
