House of Reps Speaker’s aides emerge

Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, has given an inkling of the vibrant legislation that he will champion in the 10th assembly by virtue of those he gave key appointments in his office.

In a Press Statement emanating from his office on Monday and signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, 33 names of individuals from across the country, most of them ex-NASS members, were listed as his aides.

Ahmed Dayyabu Safana, Special Adviser (Special Duties); Dr. Hamisu Ibrahim Kubau, Special Adviser (Political Matters); Barrister Samuel Ajayi, Special Assistant (Legal Matters); Barrister Osazee Melody Ogundijie, Special Assistant (Legislative Matters); Barrister Aminu Ramalan, Special Assistant (Finance); Amb. Ibrahim Hamidu Gusau, Special Assistant (International and InterParliamentary Affairs); Lamir Umar Ibrahim, Special Assistant (Youth Matters); Yetunde Adeniji, Special Assistant(Women Affairs); Hon. The Speaker advised the new political appointees to discharge their duties in compliance with the new Schedule of Duties in the Office of the Speaker and utmost commitment to the implementation of the Legislative Agenda of the 10th House of Representatives.

The appointments take immediate effect.
