President and Convener of One Love Foundation, Chief Patrick Osagie Eholor, has received kudos for his yeoman’s effort in pursuing the adherence to the rule of law.
Eholor had on Friday, October 16th, 2020, vide his lawyer filed a suit against the Minister of FCT, Honourable Mohammed Bello and the Nigeria Police Force at the FCT High Court.
The legal counsel for Comrade Eholor, Ihensekhien Samuel Junior, a popular Abuja based public interest lawyer and activist, in his comments thanked Comrade Patrick Eholor for taking this bold step in protecting the constitutional rights of all FCT and Nigeria citizens of their rights to peacefull protest vide this suit, which has been filed in this regard, to restrain Bello and the Nigeria Police Force in general from violating the rights of protesters in the #endsars and #endswat debacle.
He further implored the security agency to respect the fundamental rights of peacefull assembly, association, and right to freedom of speech of all #endsars protesters in this regard.
As at press time today,steps were been taken to serve Nigeria Police Force and the Honourable Minister of the FCT.
