Edo State Govt gives kidnappers last warning, says state security network very tight and swift

Edo State Government has sounded a note of warning to criminal elements engaged in kidnapping and other crimes that the Igueben train station kidnapping act would be the last of such evil act in the state.

The state Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Chris Nehikhare, sounded the note of warning in a Press Briefing he held on Sunday.

“We hope this is the last time we will have such daring people invading government structure especially train stations across the country and especially here in Edo State because our security network is very tight and very swift in their reaction to these ugly incidents.

“We condole with the family of the victims and we will give all the necessary support to the necessary security agencies – the police, the army, our local vigilante network and hunters who are on the trail of these evil doers.”
