Work has begun in earnest on the ultramodern Town Hall facility at Afuze facilitated by the Leader, House of Representatives, Prof. Julius Omozuanvbo Ihonvbere.
On ground to conduct the foundation-laying ceremony at the project site were representatives of elders of the host community comprising Pa Ahanmisi Odihi, Ven. Samson Uduokhai, and the Secretary, Elders Council, Hon. James Igbarumah, among others.
Some executive members of Afuze Development Association (AfDA) were also present at the ceremony. They included the Coordinator, Home based AFDA, Hon. Pope Ojo Oisamaye and Provost Marshall (AFDA National), Rev. Dr. Chim Ogedengbe.
The brief event witnessed an outpouring of prayers and encomiums on the Iseghede of Owanland in appreciation of the avalanche of people-centric projects he had continually facilitated to the federal constituency towards giving the Owan sub-ethnic nation a new lease of life.
