For the avoidance of doubt, the lands are located in: Amagba; Sapele Road, by Christ Embassy; Egbaen; Ekae; Obe and others; Iyanomo Sapele Road; Gelegele; First and Second Ugbor; Benin bypass Road; GRA; Egben Ekewan Road; Egbiri; Oghohobi; Okhoromi; Iguobadia Off Country Home Road and many more just to list but a few.
That various acts of trespasses have been carried out on his land by persons claiming to have derived title from him.
To avoid a situation that will affect the peaceful enjoyment of the land legitimately acquired by some persons, it has been resolved as follows:
a) Title verification exercise be carried out b) Those claiming ownership of any land in the stated areas must without fail come with their title documents for verification and certification c) Such person (s) must within 7 days of this notice call the understated phone numbers to agree on the date and venue for the verification exercise.
