The governorship hopeful of the Labour Party (LP), Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon said he remains the only aspirant that can defeat any of the APC and PDP candidates if given the LP ticket.
Imansuagbon said he holds the key to rescue the state from the socio-economic and infrastructural decay as witnessed under the Obaseki led Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
He appealed to would be delegates of the LP to be circumspect in electing who emerge the candidate of the party if its intention is to win the governorship election.
“I must say that the LP is poised to change the narrative and take over the seat of power with the right candidate. I remain the only experienced aspirant among the many others that has the spread and capacity to take on the APC and the PDP at the poll.
“Just like what I said last week when I met our party leaders while going round the eighteen local government areas that the battle for 2024 governorship is not a child’s play. I am a man that is known and that is why am throwing my hat into the ring because of my undying passion to make life more meaningful for Edo people.
“With all sense of modesty and respect to the other aspirants in the race I am the man to beat. I welcome healthy competition and I am also appealing to the leadership to ensure a level playing ground for all candidates.”
